The Daniel Project was founded in the summer of 2021 to address the negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, which created learning disruption and educational gaps. The original summer enrichment camp provided instructional support in mathematics, English language arts, and reading comprehension, along with STEM projects, presentations, and hands-on activities. Today it has grown into a year-round mentorship ecosystem providing mentoring, leadership development, character building, and positive role models for young males — helping participants build confidence, accountability, resilience, strong decision-making skills, and a vision for their future.
